New bank branch opens

A NEW bank will open in Cranbourne next week.
Noel Ridler is the owner and manager of the Bank of Queensland branch on High Street, which will be open for customers on Monday.
Mr Ridler, who has spent 20 years as a corporate banker, said he looked forward to opening a bank with a family business feel with personable staff members.
“I care for the client,” he said.
“People care about personal service and I will be going back to basics as a personal bank manager.”
Mr Ridler said he was committed to building a relationship with his customers.
“I am your personal bank manager for the life of your loan.”
Mr Ridler said he will be sponsoring the Starlight Children’s Foundation of Australia by opening an account at the branch.
He said every time the account reaches $5000 he would pass the money on to the foundation for their grant a wish program, which requires $5000 to sponsor one child’s wish.
“If the community supports the bank it will directly support the foundation,” Mr Ridler said.
The bank is located at 142 High Street, Cranbourne.
