Suburb raises voice in song

Hampton Park’s Carols by Candlelight lit up the suburb on Friday night as the shopping centre car park was transformed into a dazzling concert venue. About 2500 people turned out to take part in the carols and were entertained by local performers, including Casey Idol winner Naomi Horsley, and feasted at a free sausage sizzle as 2000 free showbags were given away by organisers the Casey Life Assembly of God church, supported by local traders, the City of Casey and the Hampton Park Community Renewal initiative.Hampton Park’s Carols by Candlelight lit up the suburb on Friday night as the shopping centre car park was transformed into a dazzling concert venue.
