CRANBOURNE South Primary School students spent last week learning about ways to keep fit and healthy.
Harold the Giraffe and his van visited the school as part of a Life Education program, teaching the kids about personal hygiene, fitness, food choices and healthy lifestyles.
It was the first time a life-size Harold visited the school as part of the annual event.
School junior coordinator Christine Ireland said the kids absolutely loved Harold.
“Normally Harold just visits as a puppet that helps the kids in the Life Education van,” she said.
Ms Ireland said the program allowed each class to visit the van throughout the week and the children really enjoyed their healthy learning.
