CASEY teens relaxed in style these holidays with a number of school holiday programs to keep them entertained.
Fishing, surfing, sports, crafts and music sessions were all part and package of this summer’s City of Casey Teenage School Holiday program.
Casey’s director of community services, Jennie Lee, said the program continued to be popular, with many local youth turning up to take part.
She said the program offered a mix of opportunities to socialise, get creative, be active and have fun.
A popular event for locals was the Indoor Sports day at Cranbourne East.
“The Indoor Sports day was a fantastic event for young people with beach volleyball, indoor football and soccer, a friendly game of dodge ball and tasty barbecue lunch provided by trainee chefs from Casey Cafe. Feedback on the day was excellent,” Ms Lee said.
