Grandparents go back to school

Jenny and Alan Rowe at Tooradin Jenny and Alan Rowe at Tooradin

NANS and Pops took to Tooradin Primary School last week to share in their grandkids’ hard work this year.
As part of Literacy and Numeracy week, grandparents were invited to the annual Grandparents’ Morning.
Proud students introduced their grandparents to their teachers and enjoyed showing them all their school work.
Grade five and six teacher Steve Foster said the children played fun educational board games with their visitors and many took the opportunity to visit the Book Fair in the library.
He said the morning finished with a delightful morning tea provided by the staff and students.
