
COMMONWEALTH Games fever hit Courtenay Gardens Primary School last week when students participated in their own sports event.
The Cranbourne school held a special twilight games on Wednesday, complete with opening and closing ceremonies, baton arrival and a plethora of sporting events.
The school captains officially opened the games at 4.15pm before students, parents and even toddlers took to the track to compete in their chosen fields.
All students were presented with a certificate of participation during the closing ceremony at 6.15pm.
