TWO people were airlifted to hospital following a horror road smash in Pearcedale on Monday.
Baxter-Tooradin Road was blocked for more than two hours after three cars collided 50 metres east of Vowell Drive about 7.45am.
Police believe two cars crashed, pushing one into the path of an oncoming Jaguar.
The Jaguar rolled, ending up in a nearby paddock.
A Metropolitan Ambulance Service spokesperson said the driver of the Jaguar, a 55-year-old man from Frankston South, was flown to The Alfred hospital in a serious but stable condition suffering back and abdominal injuries.
A 16-year-old boy who was a passenger of one of the other cars was airlifted to the Royal Melbourne Hospital with chest and abdominal injuries.
A 19-year-old man from Caldermeade suffered a fractured leg and was taken by ambulance to the Dandenong Hospital in a stable condition.
Another 19-year-old man from Wonthaggi was taken to Frankston Hospital with minor injuries.
Traffic was diverted from Baxter-Tooradin Road until the scene was cleared about 10.30am.
Units from Casey and Hastings Traffic Management Units, Cranbourne Police and Pearcedale and Langwarrin Country Fire Authority attended.
Police investigations into the incident are continuing.
