Driver attacked at service station

AN ENDEAVOUR Hills man was the victim of a vicious road rage assault at the United service station on Heatherton Road last week.
The 37-year-old was punched in the face through his open driver’s side window as he sat queued for fuel about 7.20pm Tuesday.
The attacker had been queued behind the victim’s car, and took offence at the way the victim had parked his car.
The attacker, believed to have been driving a white dual cab ute, got out of his car, abused the victim and then punched him in the side of his head.
During the incident, the victim inadvertently released the brake pedal, and his car rolled into another parked vehicle.
Police believe a number of people at United witnessed the incident and urged people to contact Endeavour Hills police on 9709 7666 with information.
