Shady activities shock preschool

A CRANBOURNE preschool was vandalised over the summer holidays, with staff shocked at the damage after returning to classes.
Two large outdoor sails were torn to shreds at Willora Preschool.
Police said large implements were used to tear apart the shade sails in the children’s play area.
The vandals caused damage with a repair bill estimated at $8000.
The incident happened between 22 December and 1 February at the preschool, on the corner of Willora Crescent and Duff Street.
Police said neighbours reported seeing kids ranging from 10 to 12 years old hanging out in the play area over the holidays.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Senior Constable Jenny Van Doorn at Cranbourne CIU on 5991 0661.
