THIEVES broke into La Porchetta, Cranbourne, last Sunday morning.
The alarm was activated at 5.22am after the thieves used a sledge hammer or other heavy object, damaging the dead-bolted door.
Computers, including the surveillance system, thousands of dollars in coins and two cash drawers were taken.
The estimated value of the stolen goods was $15,000.
