Merinda Park Community Centre hosted a group of 12 to 17-year-old would-be chefs in a cooking class run by the City of Casey’s holiday program.
The group of 10 cooked hamburgers, cornflake cookies and banana splits with the idea of the program to teach the teenagers to cook and clean.
Fun and success was had by all, who enjoyed eating their masterpieces soon after cooking.
