And promoting Seeing Eye Dogs Australia’s Open Day was a walk in the park for this canine.
Locals fawned over the guide dog, which was out at Centro Cranbourne Shopping Centre last week to help raise money for and promote the important organisation.
SEDA’s chief executive Leigh Garwood said most people found it hard to believe that seeing eye dogs did not receive a cent of government funding in Australia.

To help raise awareness of the charity organisation, the national breeding and training facility in Melbourne is opening its doors to the public.
There will be demonstrations from pups of all ages, working dogs in harness and plenty of puppies to pat and cuddle.
There will also be face painting, kids’ animal farm, music, prizes and giveaways, a barbecue and hot food stall.
The open day runs 11am to 3pm on Sunday 18 November at 17 Barrett Street, Kensington.
