Boy menaced by teenagers

A 14YEAROLD Hampton Park boy was lucky to escape unharmed after being approached by three teenagers who demanded his clothes, wallet and mobile phone.
The boy was walking along Hallam Road in Hampton Park about 7pm last Friday when the other boys pushed him into nearby bushes and demanded the items.
The boy refused and attempted to flee but was pushed down again before managing to run away without complying.
One of the attackers is described as about 15 years old, 165 centimetres tall, of thin build with black hair and fair complexion.
Witnesses are asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Detective Senior Constable Ollie Gaspari at Cranbourne CIU on 5995 4577.

A CRANBOURNE property was damaged during an attack early on Sunday.
The owner of the Clairemont Avenue home awoke to noise in the street about 4.15am and saw a young man and woman arguing at the front of his property.
The man pulled the letterbox out of the ground before kicking and jumping on it.
It is believed the home owner yelled out to the couple to leave and the man entered the property, kicked a panel on a car in the driveway, then made his way to the front door where he kicked the flyscreen and smashed a glass panel.
The man was described as 18 years old, Caucasian, of medium build and wearing blue jeans and a white top.
The woman was described as 16 years old and wearing blue jeans and a dark top.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Constable Moss at Cranbourne police on 5995 4681.

POLICE were searching for a woman who used a stolen credit card to make several purchases at three Hampton Park shops at the weekend.
It is believed the woman went to several different registers in BiLo and Safeway and bought a large quantity of cigarettes before using the card in a nearby fashion shop between 1.13pm and 2.19pm on Sunday.
The credit card used in the fraud had been stolen from Ferntree Gully the previous day.
The woman is described as Caucasian, 30 to 40 years old, with shoulderlength brown hair, of thin build and wearing a blue Tshirt.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Senior Constable Peter Howe at Cranbourne CIU on 5995 4577.
