POLICE are appealing for witnesses to help solve a road-rage fuelled tailgating crash that occurred in Dandenong South earlier this month.
About noon on Thursday 6 March, two cars were involved in a collision at the Pound Road roundabout along the South Gippsland Highway.
The accident involved a blue AU Ford Falcon and a white AU Ford Falcon.
Both drivers have told police that they had been tailgated by the other vehicle after exiting the nearby Dandenong Bypass to turn onto the South Gippsland Highway.
Anyone who may have seen either car before or after the accident is urged to contact Senior Constable Brad Lee at Cranbourne Police Station on 5991 0600.
