A SUBWAY store has again been targeted by burglars.
The store on Cranbourne-Frankston Road in Cranbourne was broken into at 3am on Sunday after thieves forced the rear door open.
They then tried to remove a safe from the office and stole a petty cash tin.
Video surveillance showed two men entering the building.
They were both medium build and wearing balaclavas, gloves and dark clothing and one was wearing a camouflaged hooded top.
Outside surveillance cameras showed the men getting into a white Mitsubishi Magna station wagon.
Police said Subway was now in the process of changing the level of security at its store.
This comes after stores around Cranbourne and Hampton Park have been repeatedly broken into over the past few months.
Any witnesses call Detective Senior Constable Ray Ross at Cranbourne CIU on 5991 0661.
