Club members to go on run again

IT IS that time of year again – to open your hearts and donate for charity.
The 23rd annual Ulysses Club Toy Run, in conjunction with the Motorcycle Riders Association (MRA), sets off from Cranbourne this Sunday.
Organiser, Devon Meadows’ Barbara Maggs said the toy run would be an event to remember and hoped the turnout would be bigger than ever.
Ms Maggs has been involved in the toy run since its inception.
Locals are encouraged to join the ride or farewell the riders at Centro Cranbourne Shopping Centre at the High Street carpark this Sunday.
Riders are assembling at 8am and will depart with a police escort at 10am as they ride to Williamstown to meet up with other riders and the MRA.
Awards will be presented for the longest distance – male and female, longest distance 250cc, longest distance sidecar, longest distance pillion, best club attendance and best-dressed bike.
People can also donate toys on the day.
Call Barbara on 5998 2424 for information.
