A BRAZEN thief rode a stolen motorbike out of a Devon Meadows property last week.
More than $20,000 worth of goods were taken in the heist, including a four-wheel motorbike, large welder, angle grinder, circular saw and other tools.
A quantity of chemicals was also stolen from the Lemnos Road flower farm.
Video surveillance footage captured two people breaking into the shed sometime between 1.25am and 1.35pm on 25 November.
It is believed a blue four-wheel drive was seen driving out of the driveway after the theft followed by the stolen motorbike, worth $10,500.

Teen robbed at party
A CRANBOURNE teenager managed to negotiate a deal to keep the sim card out of his mobile before thieves made off with the phone and his wallet.
Police said the 14-year-old stepped outside for a cigarette at a house party in Burke Road, Cranbourne, about 1.30am on Sunday, 20 November when he was approached by two men.
The pair demanded the teenager’s wallet and mobile phone but gave him his sim card back after he complained.
The two men fled in a dark, late model sedan. They are both in their late 20s, about 184cm and of solid build.

Too close to home
THIEVES targeted two neighbouring units within the same week in Hampton Park.
The first burglary occurred between midnight on 15 November and 4pm on 21 November at a property in Oaktree Drive. It is believed a rear door was forced before thieves ransacked the house and made off with a VCR and DVD player, worth $550.
The unit next door was also attacked a few days later, between midnight on 17 November and 4pm on 21 November.
More than $5,000 worth of goods was stolen, including a television, DVD player, computer and stereo system.

Guitar theft
POLICE are investigating the theft of a $2500 Joe Sattrianne signature guitar from a Cranbourne house last week.
The red Fender electric guitar and guitar pedal were taken from the Valerie Drive property between 7am and noon on 23 November. It is believed the thief broke into the house via a rear window.

Man bailed
A NARRE Warren man has been charged with aggravated burglary and assault following an attack on two men in Cranbourne last week.
One man was taken to Dandenong Hospital with minor injuries and another treated at the scene following the incident in Marklin Street at 1.15am on 26 November.
It is believed the men were beaten with a baseball bat.
The 27-year-old was bailed to reappear at the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 20 January.
