Sizzling time for Salvation

A CRANBOURNE business helped raise money for the Salvation Army recently.
Harvey World Travel’s inaugural Travel Expo was held at the Cranbourne Community Hall on 21 April.
Harvey World Travel Cranbourne owner and manager Natalina Mascaro said it was a great day and enjoyed by many of the community.
She said a sausage sizzle held for the local Salvation Army was a great success.
“We held the sausage sizzle to raise some funds and awareness for the good work the Salvos do for Cranbourne,” she said.
Ms Mascaro thanked Alex Scott Real Estate for its support, GK Meats for supplying the sausages, Cranbourne Park Fruit Shop for a wonderful fruit platter, Andrew Simmons for the bread and Phil Sealey from William Angliss for supplying the barbecue.
“Also a big thankyou to all for attending,” she said.
Lucky winners of the mystery prizes were Bill Keith of Blind Bight, Jan Bruerton of Cranbourne and Kelly Avard from Cranbourne.
