NEW state-of-the-art information technology equipment is coming to Hampton Park Primary School.
The school was one of 500 to benefit from the federally funded upgrade unveiled by Senator Mitch Fifield on Monday.
The new equipment includes 16 upgraded computers, five Interwrite pads, one Interwrite school board, five data projectors, trolleys and a high-capacity server.
Senator Fifield said the new equipment provided under the Investing In Our Schools program would benefit more than 500 students at the school.
“The Coalition Government is committed to ensuring that our children enjoy first-class learning facilities.
“We are doing this by providing schools with the means to purchase whatever it is they say they need,” Senator Fifield said.
“Our local schools are better placed to identify what they need than politicians in Canberra.”
