Man flees after op shop assault

A NARRE Warren woman was indecently assaulted as she browsed at a local op shop in Hampton Park last Friday.
The 25-year-old woman was shopping at the Salvation Army Op Shop on Somerville Road when she noticed a man watching her.
The man then approached her and started touching her upper body and lower torso.
Police said she moved away but he followed her and started to fondle her breasts.
When she moved off again, he tried to take hold of her face and kiss her.
The man fled the shop when she pulled away.
He was believed to be heavily intoxicated at the time of the incident.
The man was described as Caucasian, about 50 years old, with black hair, medium build, 185 centimetres, olive complexion and a distinctive mole on one of his cheeks.
Anyone with information on the offender is urged to contact Senior Constable David Measham at Cranbourne CIU on 5991 0661.
