Car could hold key to burglary

AN orange-coloured car could hold the key to a burglary in Cranbourne last Friday morning.
Buncha Flowers, a 50-acre property on Ballarto Road, was broken into about 6am when an offender cut through a padlock on the front door.
Police believe an employee who arrived shortly after 6am could have disturbed the offender, who left empty handed.
The employee had spotted an orange Volkswagen Golf on his way into the building, but when he returned a short time later, the car, which did not have registration plates, was gone.
Cattle from a neighbouring paddock had wandered on to the Buncha Flowers property.
Police believe the offender might have spooked the cattle when he left the property.
Anyone with information, or who may have seen an orange Volkswagen last Friday morning, is urged to contact Cranbourne Police on 5991 0600.
