Station open for inspection

CASEY residents can take a squizz at the new Cranbourne Police Station at an upcoming Open Day.
The police station will open its doors to visitors on Sunday, 26 November with guided tours through the buildings.
There will also be an array of police displays throughout the complex.
Detective Senior Constable Rod Maroney said local residents should use the opportunity to see just how a police station worked behind normally closed doors.
He said a barbecue and refreshments would also be available on the day.
To participate in a conducted tour through the building, ring the police station to make a booking.
Tours will be available between 10am and 2pm.
Call Cranbourne Police Station on 5991 0600 and ask for the clerk section.
Those wanting to visit the station on the Open Day must make a booking.
