Ski boat, trailer stolen from street

POLICE are investigating the theft of a boat and trailer from a property in Cranbourne last week.
It is believed the boat was parked on the street on Endeavour Drive when it was stolen between 1.30am and 8am on Tuesday, 27 March.
The trailer is described as a black, single-wheel Dunbier model, registration Q21762.
The fibreglass ski boat is a Panther model with the word Pride painted on it, registration DC067.
It had a black cover on top, is two toned with a white bottom and burgundy top and had a white Chrysler outboard motor.
The boat and trailer are valued at $13,000.

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a burglary at a construction site in Devon Meadows recently.
It is believed the thieves cut the cyclone fence and forced their way into two portable buildings between 5pm on Friday, 24 March and 6am the next day.
They opened a shipping container and loaded demolition saws, a large esky and vibrating whacking plate on to a site trailer before driving away.
The trailer is a yellow Topax model, registration N77-770.
The estimated value of the haul is $10,500.

A TOILET was among the items stolen from a new house in Lynbrook last week.
It is believed the thieves forced a garage door to the house under construction on Charlwood Close some time between 7.30pm on Monday, 27 March and 5pm the next day.
They stole a number of tools and appliances waiting to be fitted, including a toilet, exhaust fan, down lights, door handles and a vacuum cleaner.
The value of the stolen goods is estimated at $5000.

A MAN was taken to hospital with head injuries after he was bashed in his Cranbourne home on the weekend.
It is believed the 29-year-old man opened the front door of his South Charles Court home about 3.20am last Saturday and was punched and kicked several times.
His attackers also attempted to steal a lap top computer before driving away in a small, dark coloured car.
The man was taken to the Casey Hospital for treatment.

POLICE are investigating a spate of vandalism attacks on new homes in Cranbourne West.
The windows on four houses under construction were smashed with bricks between 5pm on Saturday, 25 March and noon the next day.
All of the homes are owned by Mongelli Homes.
The damage bill is expected to total thousands of dollars.

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a grass fire in Cranbourne South last week.
The blaze started on Stevenson Road in the Brookland Greens Estate about 5pm on Tuesday, 28 March.
A red four-wheel-drive utility was seen speeding away from the scene.
