Round up for golf

TEE off for charity and join in Rotary’s 12th annual golf day.
City of Casey CEO Mike Tyler is encouraging golfers from across the city to take part in the event, to be held at Montuna Golf Club on Thursday 24 November.
“The annual Rotary golf day is a great opportunity to get a group together and play golf to help Rotary raise money for local charities and community projects,” he said.
Supported by Casey Council, golfers will compete for the City of Casey Mayoral Shield, four ‘hole in one’ prizes, ‘longest drive’ and ‘nearest the pin’.
Men’s and ladies’ teams will hit off in shot gun starts at 8am and 1pm.
The entrance fee is $40 for 18 holes of golf, which includes lunch or dinner.
All proceeds will go towards local charities and community projects.
Local businesses are also being encouraged to sponsor this event.
To become a sponsor or play in one of the competitions contact Rotarian Roger McGill on 9704 1322 or 0429 345 627.
