Exciting new taste for Trios

TRIOS Tabaret has a new chef, Dean McLaughlin, and a new menu.
The appointment was welcomed by manager Brian Asley and bistro manager Cheryl McNeilage.
“Dean is a very creative chef with a wealth of experience,” Mr Asley said. “He has cooked Italian, French and Mediterranean cuisines, which has given him extremely high standards sure to delight our patrons.”
Mr McLaughlin has worked at the Hunter Valley in Sydney and more recently The Church on Barkly and Beaches in Mornington.
Ms McNeilage encouraged patrons to try the exciting new menu, which includes rich curries and succulent braised lamb shanks.
“You will not be disappointed,” she said.
The bistro overlooks the Cranbourne racecourse and boasts sensational views from every table. It is on Grant Street in Cranbourne and bistro hours are lunch noon to 2.30pm and dinner 6pm to 8.30pm. To book phone 5996 3233.
