Tots take another big step

SMILES, laughter and very few nerves accompanied preps on their first day of school last week.
It was a happy affair for hundreds of five-year-olds across the area who escaped the clutches of their parents to meet their new school buddies.
Preps at Tooradin Primary School made a beeline for the play equipment as they set out on the start of their epic 13-year school journey.
Kilberry Valley Primary School preps started off the day with relieved but tearful parents before joining their equally excited prep teachers on the first day of classes.
