Grog stolen from store

THIEVES escaped with a massive stash of alcohol from the Five Ways General Store.
The store’s owners were horrified to discover boxes containing $8000 worth of alcohol had been stolen on Tuesday, 6 March.
Police said two or three offenders entered the rear of the store, forcing their way into the shed at the back of the property.
They then removed numerous boxes containing alcohol from the store, on the South Gippsland Highway.
The theft happened between 1.45am and 2.40am.
Police said the offenders may have fled in a white Toyota HiAce van or similar.
Any witnesses can contact Detective Senior Constable Gary Emery on 5991 0661.
