TEACHERS from Coral Park Primary School got into the spirit of Book Week as much as the students last week as the school swarmed with various book characters.
There were pirates, wizards, fairies and fairy tale characters on hand last Friday to make the day a big success and celebrate the end of Book Week.
Activities during the week included a book writing competition, Scholastic Book Fair and a visit from author and illustrator Kevin Burgemeestre.
The week ended on a happy note with a book parade and a prize of a book voucher given to the best dressed student in each grade and the best dressed staff member.
