WINDERMERE’S Cranbourne Communities for Children is offering grants for local programs.
The Innovative Local Initiatives Grants are available to local organisations to fund a program that is a relevant response to a recognised local needs.
Groups eligible to apply include incorporated not-for-profit organisations, community groups and clubs, for profit businesses in partnership with a non-profit partner, and schools in partnership with a not-for-profit organisation.
They must also be based in the area of Cranbourne Central, North, East, and West, and funds must be used for the benefit of babies to school entry-aged children and/or their families.
The first round total funding is $4500, which will be shared between a number of applicants. Applications open 8 November and close 22 November.
