A CAR was found in flames in Cranbourne South last week.
The Cranbourne CFA found the car on fire in Botanic Drive, an unsealed road near the Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne, last Tuesday, 10 April at 2.10pm.
The 1986 blue Holden Commodore sedan was stolen from the Cranbourne Railway Station between 6.45am and 2pm.
The owner did not know the car was missing as he was at work in Melbourne at the time.
The car was destroyed in the fire.
Police said there were no suspects at this stage.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Detective Senior Constable Mick Van Hammond at Cranbourne CIU on 5991 0661.
