A SIX-YEAR-OLD boy was airlifted to hospital last Friday after he collided with a car while riding his bike in Cranbourne.
The young boy was riding his bike on Monahans Road when he collided with the vehicle shortly before 5pm. The boy suffered serious head injuries and was treated by ambulance officers at the scene before he was taken to the Royal Children’s Hospital.
The driver of the car, a man aged in his 30s, was not injured in the collision and is assisting police with their investigation.
