A SIXTEEN-year-old youth has been arrested over a milk bar burglary last week.
The Cranbourne teen will be charged on summons with burglary, resisting arrest and assaulting police in relation to a break-in at a milk bar in Lurline Street, Cranbourne.
Police said workers at a nearby bakery heard bashing on the back door of the milk bar just after 6am last Wednesday, 12 September. They then called police.
Police said a youth found hiding between the shed and the milk bar tried to kick and punch the police.
The police officers then used capsicum spray on the youth before taking him to the police station for questioning.
