THIEVES potentially landed themselves in the bad books last week when they stole from holy land.
A Hampton Park building site on premises owned by the Holy Trinity Church was broken into between 3.30pm on 8 May and 8.15am on 9 May.
Police said the offenders broke into portable buildings at the Somerville Road site by cutting metal latches.
A laser level kit and an EcoBlast air horn were stolen, as well as tins of coffee, Milo and long-life milk. Police said the thieves may have been interrupted, as a box with a fax machine and photocopier was found at the scene.
