Flasher chases cars

– Sarah Schwager
POLICE are searching for a man who threatened and exposed himself to two drivers in Devon Meadows last week after they tried to come to a woman’s aid.
A woman was driving along the South Gippsland Highway at 4.30pm on Monday, 28 May when she saw a woman in her 30s running from a car and a man with a shaved head get out of the driver’s seat and chase her.
The 46-year-old Belgrave woman pulled over to see if she could help.
The woman who was being chased then got back into the car and the man approached the driver, yelling at her.
Police said he then dropped his pants and grabbed his genitals, making gestures at the victim.
A third car then pulled up to help and the man began to approach the car when both victims drove off.
They then pulled into the Five Ways General Store but the man had driven after them, threatening the first woman.
He struck her bonnet as she drove off, causing $1100 damage.
Any witnesses are urged to contact the officer in charge at Cranbourne CIU on 5991 0661.
