Attack in pharmacy

STAFF and customers at a Hampton Park pharmacy were shocked when a man became aggressive after attempting to return a product.
The man smashed a glass shelf and broke a number of products after he was told he could not get a refund.
The incident happened at about 4.45pm last Friday at Fordholm Road Pharmacy.
The manager of the pharmacy, who did not wish to be named, said the attack had been unprovoked.
She said the product was non-refundable and the pharmacy was allowed to refuse the return of a product.
“It was in perfect condition. It wasn’t broken or anything,” she said.
She said the man, who had come into the store with his daughter, had been very calm to start with.
“We were really shocked when he got angry. His daughter was crying and shaking. It’s fair enough that he went off but not in front of his daughter. I felt really sorry for her,” she said.
Cranbourne police said the man had caused about $500 worth of damage.
The man drove off in a grey-coloured Kia sedan.
The manager said the man had been caught on video footage and she would be providing a description to police to help capture the man.
Anyone with information should call 5995 4681.
