Assault charges

A CRANBOURNE man has been charged with assault after a road rage incident in Warneet.
The 33yearold was charged with criminal damage and intentionally causing injury to a 20yearold Blind Bight man in Balaka Street on 27 March.
It is alleged the man forced the victim’s car off the road before smashing his driver’s side window and punching him in the face several times.
He was bailed to appear in the Frankston Magistrates’ Court on 28 September.
