Crazy hair for play time

STUDENTS went wacky at Cranbourne Park Primary School last week.
In an effort to raise money for new play equipment at the school, kids from all year levels wore crazy hairstyles and insane clothes combinations.
Grade five/six teacher Anthy Seremetis said the students really got into the spirit of things at the event organised by the Student Representative Council.
“The kids had to be as imaginative as possible,” Ms Seremetis said. “And they certainly succeeded.”
Those who chose to dress up, which was most of the school, brought a gold coin donation to go towards the fundraising effort.
“They loved it. They had a ball,” Ms Seremetis said.
The students spent the whole day on Friday dressed in their crazy outfits, which must have been an interesting sight for passers by.
