CINDERELLA, Spiderman, The Hulk and even Little Red Riding Hood dropped in to Kilberry Valley Primary School for a fantasy day last week.
Grade prep students and teachers transformed themselves into their favourite fictional characters as part of a fun day to coincide with the term three study topic of fantasy and fictional characters.
Teacher Bianca Kotsonas said students took part in various activities throughout the term focusing on fantasy characters in movies, storybooks and fairytales.
“This was just a fun day for them to dress up as their favourite character from a movie or book.
“We had a variety of costumes on the day, with superheroes a popular choice for the boys and many of the girls dressed up as their favourite fairytale characters.
“They then held a parade for their mums and dads and even the teachers dressed up too.
“It was a really good day,” she said.
