CRANBOURNE performer Aaron Pratt will be a guest artist in Showcase 2006 at the Cardinia Cultural Centre, Lakeside Boulevard, Pakenham, at 7.30pm on Friday, 3 and Saturday, 4 March.
Featuring 30 songs and dances from favourite musicals, Showcase is presented by the Cardinia Performing Arts Company.
Lee Geraghty is director, Kim Thomsen is musical director, and Nicole Davis and Robert Mulholland are the choreographers.
The night includes a two-course dinner for $50 for adults, and $35 for children under 14. Patrons can dance into the wee hours to DJ music.
A silent auction will also be held on both nights.
Music includes ‘Another Openin’, Another Show’, from Kiss me Kate; ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’, from Carousel; ‘The Rain in Spain’, from My Fair Lady; ‘Poor Wandering One’, from Pirates of Penzance; and ‘As Long As He Needs Me’, from Oliver.
