Big out for Dees on cusp of grand final

Melbourne premiership player Tom McDonald will not feature in the Casey Demon’s side on grand final day despite playing the last month of football.

McDonald has suffered a foot set back that withheld him from the senior side from the mid-way point of the season.

Here are the Demons that will take the field:

Full back: Joel Smith, Adam Tomlinson, Judd McVee.

Half back: Matt Buntine, Corey Ellison, Daniel Turner.

Centre: Blake Howes, Luke Dunstan, Oskar Baker.

Half forward: Taj Woewodin, Mitch Brown, Kade Chandler.

Full forward: Jake Melksham, Jacob Van Rooyven, Toby Bedford.

Followers: Sam Weideman, Mitch White, Jimmy Munro.

Interchange: Bailey Laurie, George Grey, Aidan Quigley, Andy Monz-Wakefield, Ryan Valentine.
