Needle attack on woman

A WOMAN was stabbed with what police believe was a syringe in Hampton Park last week.
The woman was walking her dog through the park on Topaz Way about 3pm on Monday 23 January when a man approached her from behind and demanded money.
The woman told the man she did not have any money.
The man then stabbed the woman in the left arm with what was believed to have been a syringe before fleeing on foot in the direction of Regans Road and Fordholm Road.
Paramedics treated the woman at the scene for a needlestick injury.
Police have released a facefit of a man they wish to speak to in relation to the attack.
