Woman airlifted after crash

A woman was airlifted to hospital after being involved in a car crash in Tooradin on Sunday 8 August.

The crash occurred just before 4pm at Dalmore Road and South Gippsland Highway, and an air ambulance was called to transport the 60-year-old.

She suffered abdominal and leg injuries and was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

A man in his 40s suffered a leg injury but wasn’t transported, Ambulance Victoria confirmed.
