Kids have pot luck

SEPTEMBER was a busy month for Rangebank Pre-school with a range of visitors coming in to enjoy the activities with the children.
On Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14, Bunnings Warehouse Cranbourne team members visited the Cranbourne pre-school.
The staff helped the students paint terracotta pots and then plant vegetables in them, to assist them to begin to understand the food cycle.
Later in the month, the pre-school hosted its annual grandparents and special friends day.
Pre-school director Barbara Ryan said the children thoroughly enjoyed having their loved ones come in for the day.
“They do a range of activities together including making little tea cups out of lollies and biscuits, hand printing and decorating self portraits of the children and their grandparents,” she said.
“We finished off the day with a story.”
