CRANBOURNE North residents will have better access to necessary amenities with the opening of a new neighbourhood shopping centre this month.
Eve Central, located at the corner of Glasscocks Road and William Thwaites Boulevard in Stockland’s Eve community, opened its doors recently.
The 2,000 square metre shopping centre features an IGA Supermarket, Chemist Warehouse and speciality stores including Off the Boat Fish ‘n’ Chips, Devine Noodles and Cuisine, Yum Yum Bakery and Shine at Eve Hairdressing and Beauty.
Stockland Regional Man-ager Mike Davis said the delivery of Eve Central was yet another milestone in the evolutionof the Eve residential com-munity.
“Residents are already making use of the completed parks and playgrounds within the community,” he said.
“This neighbourhood shopping centre is sure to provide a new level of convenience for both the Eve community and surrounding residents.
“Beyond convenience, Eve Central will also deliverlocal employment and encourage growth opportunities forlocal business.”
Eve Central was delivered by Statewide Services Victoria, an independent owner operator.
