CASEY’S rich cultural diversity will be celebrated at an Australia Day event in Cranbourne.
Not-for-profit group The Cultural Historical Association of Rodriguans and Mauritians in Victoria (CHARM) will host a free event at the Balla Balla Community Centre.
The inclusive event will celebrate Casey’s multicultural diversity, and feature song and dance, face painting, drawing, drumming workshop, jumping castle, a mini exhibition and free traditional food tasting.
The first 100 visitors will receive a free sausage or vegie burger.
The event will be held from 11am to 5pm. Any interested volunteers are encouraged to call Patricia on 0403 206 735.
