Police investigate knife theft

Police are looking for a man and woman who may be able to help with their inquiries over an alleged theft of knives in Cranbourne on 26 June.

Police allege the six knives, valued at $400, were stolen from Robin’s Kitchen at Cranbourne Shopping Centre about 1.30pm.

Investigators say the knives were concealed in a pram, which at the time was carrying a child.

The duo was captured on CCTV.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
