Kids’farm time- Merinda Park Learning and Community Centre Jan Gilchrist cuddles a guinea pig at the open day last week. 55576

ALMOST 50 families checked out an open day for playgroup sessions at Merinda Park Learning and Community Centre last week.
An open day was held last Wednesday as part of Children’s Week, and families took the opportunity to look around and see what the playgroup had to offer.
Activities and entertainment on the day included an animal farm, a jumping castle, face painting, balloon making and a cake stall.
Enrolments for next year are now welcome. To contact the centre, call 5996 9056.
