POLICE are looking for a group of youths who were seen hanging around a dumpster before a fire started between two properties in Cranbourne.
Police said the youths were sitting on top of a dumpster not long before a fire started on the fence between 15 and 17 Cairns Road about 6.10pm on 11 September.Five fence palings were burnt, police said.
