Pedestrian dies

A pedestrian has died after being struck by a car in Cranbourne South on Saturday 17 November.

Police have been told a man stepped out onto Pearcedale Road when he was struck by a car about 11pm.

The male driver of the car stopped to assist and is assisting police with their enquiries.

The pedestrian, a 21-year-old Pearcedale man was taken to hospital where he later died.
