A man has been allegedly caught drink driving in Hampton Park on the morning of Sunday 14 October.
Narre Warren police observed the driver of the silver Nissan X-Trail in his vehicle in the car park of a licensed venue on Hallam Road about 1am.
The engine was running and the 38-year-old Hallam man was about to leave the car park.
He allegedly returned a positive blood alcohol content reading of 0.156.
His licence was immediately suspended and he is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving.
